BBA Accreditation represents a commitment to customer service practices that build trust, comfort and accessibility for beginner cyclists. Accreditation is built on the 5-Point Standards that embody the important elements of creating and maintaining a beginner friendly bike shop by training to work with cyclists at every level, servicing all bicycle makes and models, and providing positive, personalized service.
You should consult your physician or other health care practitioner before starting any exercise program.
